Harbourview Inn is a Bed & Breakfast facility. Our front desk will open as breakfast commences at 8:00 am. Service will close at 10:00 pm, including bar service. A number will be made available to contact the owners in the event of an emergency.
All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD), are based on two people occupying the room or suite, and include a full breakfast. There is a charge of $20 for each additional person staying in the same suite. Please add 15% Sales Tax.
All of our rooms are non-smoking environments. We ask that our guests who wish to smoke, do so outside the Harbourview Inn. We provide ashtrays for your convenience. There is a charge of $200 to cover costs for extra cleaning and sanitizing for guests who smoke in their rooms.
PLEASE NOTE: Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict policy.
To cancel or change a reservation, please give us at least 72 hours' notice prior to check-in of 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival in order to avoid being charged for your room(s). No refunds will be given for an early departure. We highly recommend travel insurance.
At the time of making a reservation, we require a deposit of $25 per day of your stay. This deposit is fully refundable as long as the reservation is canceled at least seven days prior to check-in time. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special events. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required for reservations of more than four rooms and for special events.
Well-behaved pets are welcome at Harbourview Inn. Owners are liable for any damage caused by their pets. Owners cannot leave their pets unattended in their rooms. There is a fee of $10 per stay to cover extra cleaning costs. A maximum of two pets per room will be permitted. Owners must keep their pets on a leash in all public areas of the Inn.
