New Dawn Cottage

Named for the beautiful roses that grace its gardens, New Dawn cottage offers a matchless experience. Perhaps you seek the quaint charm of a country cottage, or you wish to be spoiled with luxurious finishes. Perhaps you are looking for old-world character or the comfort of the contemporary. In New Dawn cottage, you will find it all.

New Dawn cottage has been furnished with exquisite taste. But it is so much more than a formal showcase. Every nook and cranny of this delightful cottage exhibits warmth, comfort, and loving touch.

Picnic on the deck, overlooking the Annapolis Basin. Take in glorious sunrises over the bay. Curl up in sumptuous armchairs, sipping a favorite drink and enjoying an absorbing read, without a care for the elements outside.

New Dawn cottage offers 2 queen bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Plus there is a 3rd bedroom with 4 single bunk beds and a full bathroom. The cottage is fully equipped so all you have to do is bring your food and drink. A barbeque is available, and a log fire warms the colder nights. Free wifi is included.

The cottage community swimming pool and tennis / pickle ball court is available from Mid June to end September. In the early spring and fall you are surrounded by wonderful walks through the forests,  and the nearby beach stretches for miles around the Annapolis Basin. 

New Dawn is available from Mid May until the end of June, and again from 1 September until mid to late October. It is a rare treat that has to be experienced to be appreciated. Weekly rental rate for 2023 will be $2,000. 

For an extended family or group, a separate "bunkie" adjoining the main cottage can be made available. It comprises three bedrooms and a bathroom. A separate rate would be applicable, depending on the size of the party.
